Activities

As a guest of the EA Ranch, we will share our outdoor lifestyle with you. Ride horseback through wide open vistas or up a mountain trail. Fly fish ofive miles on Horsecreek or on one of the other nearby rivers. Hike to see wildflowers and wildlife or sit back and relax in the vast beauty of the west.

Grand Teton National park is an hour away and Yellowstone National Park is a beautiful two-hour drive from the ranch.

Social life in and around the EA ranges from miles of conversation at the dining room table to rodeos on Friday nights and square dancing on Tuesday nights. The quaint town of Dubois, population 1,000, elevation 7,000 feet has a bookstore, drugstore, a few restaurants, and a cowboy bar called the Rustic Pine with a Friday night happy hour gathering.

Badlands, mountain vistas, wildlife, miles of trails for hiking, rivers and lakes for fishing, and petroglyphs surround Dubois. In town, the National Bighorn Sheep Center and the Dubois Museum give you another perspective on this extraordinary place.
